Deep tissue massage – 30 minutes $55 / 60 minutes $75 / 90 minutes $100
Relax and soothe aches and pains. Both Swedish and deep tissue techniques are used during this treatment to help relieve chronic pain or discomfort in specific areas of your body. Deep tissue techniques include friction and trigger point release. Talk with our massage therapist to determine if this massage is right for you.
Hot stone – 75 minutes $80
Feel the soothing warmth. The heated basalt river washed stones promote deep relaxation, while reducing stress and muscle tension. Warm stones are used in Swedish techniques and placed on the body to bring the best benefit. While some people feel an emotional sense of being unified with the earth, everyone feels the soothing weight and heat effect on muscles. You'll enjoy this uniquely pleasant and effective treatment.
